it's all very boxy, and the last time I was there the color palette was either soapy,or too drab

SO TRUE! They have the cutest clothes. When I saw the selections QVC had selected I had to look twice. Surely these aren't from JJill!!! These are ugly!! I wonder what they think of their audience's taste  having chosen these? They were wrong and no wonder they won't be back.
