That's not advice. Those are the things they want you to buy...from them.  They've invested in those pieces and they want to make sales.  For me couple of those looks would work but most would not because I am not a 6ft tall, size 4 fashion model.

Wear classecs and don't worry about everything "new".  Some things always work.
