Those pants look huge.  I am barely 5' and small, I don't think I could pull off that look.

I, on the other hand, am 5'6" and a pear-shaped 2X...these would be perfect for me! I already have some wide-leg pants, but not with the slit. I think they'd be great for dressier spring/summer wear.

They are a wide leg, palazzo.  They are supposed to be huge.  I don't like the look and I can't wear it.  I'm a 5'4" size 16 with full thighs.  I'd look like a big box with feet.

I think than even the petite would drag on my 5 feet tall body

i love this look!

i prefer a clean front though with no pockets, so i will not be buying.

they do come in petite and regulars.

I'm a big fan of wide leg pants, but I don't like the ones with the slit.
