😳😳😳  Now I am not saying anything about a designer being “artistic” but I know a lot of ladies in my neck of the woods who are wonder sewers and seamstresses and probably could design something close to this, IMO.

Not even slightly tempted, but as long as it's going to someone else's credit card, I truly don't care what it costs.  I'm sure there are hoodies that cost even more just as I'm sure there are women who have access to the money to pay for them should they be tempted. 

By the way -  even if there were no hood attached, even if they called the garment a sweater, I wouldn't pay $9.99 for it.  And yet, I can imagine someone earning several million a year wanting a look totally different from anything my associates and I would wear.  Same way I feel about ripped jeans and lots of other fashionably popular looks.
