It’s an expression Susan Graver likes to use.  But that multi colored top with all the intertwining circles that looks like something out of an 

Austin Powers movie is totally Kooky Crazy!

I love this print ~ so colorful and vibrant, maybe even a bit retro!

Not sure I'd wear it on its own but under a jacket/blazer, I think that could be really cute.
