It happened to me - used clothing item - TOTALLY GROSS!!!!!

Ok, short & sweet. I have read it many times before - but it finally happened to me today. I ordered a beautiful Marc Bower top. It came in the plastic bag without tags and...ok hold on...wet!!! Somebody had obviously ordered it, wore it, washed it, didn't dry it all of the way & sent it back. WHO DOES THAT? Yuck!! It also smelled moldy from being damp in the plastic bag.

The Q was AWESOME! They are sending me a new blouse, picking up the old one & credited the new shipping cost. Maybe somebody at the Q return dept. should have caught it before it was restocked. Anyway, it's resolved...but this item should have most certainly went to the outlet store & not on the stockroom shelves.
