@Bonkers1   Several hosts over the years have mentioned that they were advised in training to NOT read the boards as negative comments could affect their work performance negatively.  I've only ever heard one or two mention coming here.

I don't read the Facebook QVC page but I understand it can be vicious.  Of course it hasn't been around long. I bet hosts are more likely to read it.

I don't understand what being a single parent has to do with her hosting.  I'm sure all of the hosts are doing the best job they can.  It's a tough job.

But I will say, as I've mentioned on this forum in past posts, that I like Jennifer Coffey, except when she hosts Isaac's shows.  I find the competition for talk time and one-upmanship gets very manic and totally unnecessary at times.

She seems like a very lovely person.  I enjoy all her other shows.  It's just my own preference to mute or not watch with Isaac, who I adore.  Matter of preference, that's all.  No right or wrong.

I wholeheartedly agree with Bonkers1.  Did anyone hear Jen Coffey literally scream at Isaac today?  It was at the beginning of the show during a "jumpstart" of A-572612.  Each week Jen talks louder and louder and speaks to Isaac as if he is a child.

Unless QVC addresses this behavior, I won't be watching any longer.

@Bonkers1   I don't think that any of here are capable of doing that.  If you can tolerate Issac, you should be able to tolerate the host.

I have reading here longer than I would admit to anyone,

and the degree of dissatisfaction is greater than ever, so there has been a change in how the channel is managed and loyal watchers and not happy

Didn't watch today's Isaac show so can't speak to it this time.  But I have often watched Jen and Isaac in the past and she doesn't bother me.  Actually I can only think of two QVC hosts that I'll rarely watch because IMO they talk too much about themselves and fail to provide enough product details.  But rather than getting annoyed I simply change the channel, turn off the TV, or put it temporarily on mute.  Our TV stays on most of the time even though I'm often not even paying it any attention because it provides background noise to help drown out some of the head noise from tinnitus (listening to music also helps too).

I had a customer service person tell me that qvc employees (all of them) were told to stay off the boards!   Lol...I was asking for a full refund on a bad Philosophy TSV, and told her that everyone on the boards said the smell was bad.  She said she was told to not look at the boards.

I have hated the big ole scarf look that Isaac likes on his models. Tonight Amy told Isaac she didn't like it! lol

He was offended.

@luvmyteddy4

I loved it when Amy told him the truth about her feelings on the scarf. He took it well and they joked about it and it was a great moment.

“…nevertheless, she persisted.”
