I also have a very low heat setting. I use it for just about everything. I will put tops like that in the dryer for 10 minutes or so until the wrinkles fall out. Then I hang them to dry. I have completely dried tops like that accidentally on my delicate heat setting. They did not shrink at all.

I tumble them in the dryer for a couple of minutes and then hang to dry. I never fully dry clothes in the dryer. They last much longer, IMO.
