Issac and Target

I have a question. Does anyone know if Issac still designs for Target? We all know a few years back he sold his line under his own name for Target~ Yesterday when the TSV riding boot was being sold through his QVC line, I noticed that it is the same boot I purchased at Target last year under their Merona label. Mine is 'man-made' rather than the leather used in the TSV, but the design is the very same. Target has very cute clothes~ just wondered if anyone knows whether Issac might have a hand in Target's proprietary 'Merona' label? Thanks!
