I have met Isaac at the Q and found him to be genuine. A lovely man. I am a huge fan of his clothing, shoes (love those mocassins!) and his ceramic watches.

At the meet and greet he gave each person a pair of his designer sunglasses and signed the cases. More so, he gave each person a good deal of his time.

Looking forward to his makeup line that is coming to the Q.

He makes me laugh, too.

His Target collections were nice.  Several years ago I purchased a white linen sheath style dress from his Target line and I still wear it each summer.

L-O-V-E Isaac.  Love him.  His QVC persona is lovely and fun -- even better his pants fit me as if they were tailor-made.

I caught him as a guest judge on RuPaul's Drag Race -- his comments were smart and funny.  He was having a good time as a panelist and was not at all the center of attention.

I have worked with Isaac and known him for many years.  He is kind, gentle, altruistic, modest, bright and very funny.  Contrary to what people think, he is actively involved with his designs.  He loves flowers and you see that love in his sweaters but the remainder of his designs are quite classic and his couture designs are wonderful.  Isaac has many interests and explores these areas; he has staying power and constantly reinvents himself.  If you listen to him closely, he is quite interesting when he talks about textiles and the history of design.   Isaac loves designing for QVC and bringing a line that is affordable to everyone.  I like the fit and quality of his clothing and what you see is what you get with Isaac.  He is comfortable with any host and appreciates viewers calls.

Did you see Isaac the other night? He was all dressed in black and was talking about wearing color. He was describing himself and said when he has time he likes to wear color, not like the Uncle Fester that comes to QVC to sell you clothes. I laughed so hard, he can really be funny.

The Q customers put food on his table. He should have enough respect for his customers to take "time" to dress nicely for them. Anything can go with the Q peons, I suppose.

Taja123, I guess I'm a Q "peon," as you put it. That being said, I don't care what Isaac chooses to wear: it's his perogrative. So far, I don't feel disrespected.

I'm not saying you're a peon. I'm saying that's how he treats the Q customer to his Uncle Fester look, while he dresses up for others.

Yes, I guess it's his prerogative since there are no such dress standards at the Q, but I don't think he needs to choose his lowest like Uncle Fester for the Q.

I just don't think he's funny at all.

Isaac is funny, and comfortable with himself.

I believe it's classic, however, for designers (not all, of course) to dress very simply, and usually in black.  I don't know if it's because they don't want to detract from the designs (or maybe stand out from the designs?), or because they are too focused on creation for others, or whatever, but it's seen a lot.
