Isaac's off the shoulder dress on PM style

Does anyone know how the upper hip fits?  Same as bust  measurement?

I was so frustrated with that presentation. There was no help at all regarding sizing. They never mentioned
How these fit. They went on and on about nonsense. They looked so unprofessional. Ok to be a little bit silly but not through the entire presentation and not when it doesn't allow helpful product information. Shawn going on and on about how she wasn't going to get this dress if it sells out was not necessary.
