@Foxxee   To my memory, yes, highest price for clothing.  That is a beautiful coat-  just not sure who buys it.  

I might have to walk through Saks or a similar store later just to check out prices of coats.  I certainly don't need one (high 80's here this week), but you made me curious.

They have similar down coats like that on Lands End, last time I looked they were $99.

@LindaSal    If you can't tell the difference between the 2, you know which one to buy, but if I were looking for such a coat AND had enough money to make it at all sensible, I would want to see the two coats beside each other just to decide whether I even cared.    

Right now, that's easy.  I know my answer without seeing either of them!

No it is not the most expensive.  Back in the day when Lisa R was around they were selling a gown for close to two thousand.

@Luvsmyfam   I am in southeastern Florida.  The heavy humidity and the heat that encourages hurricanes are gone for a few months we hope, but some sunny afternoons it is still hot for some hours.
