Is there no understanding the ordering process at QVC?

I ordered the 2 Isaac jackets (diff. colors) for a gift for someone in his last presentation with Jane. I checked the order to cancl. one that I now know the color preference and the jackets are in "process" already. Really? what is up with that - I sometimes have stuff hanging out there for a day or two...Sheesh...I am not complaining about fast service (well in this case I guess I am LOL) Just wish they would be consistent ! That would help the whole equation...for everyone.
