I wanted to get a bee pin but only wear silver jewelry. I looked at the ones that QVC has listed but none are in silver. I wondered if any were ever made in silver or with silver on them. If not then I will order one of the colorful ones that not much gold is showing. Just wanted to have one and wear in her memory. She will be missed!!!

I feel the same way. I don't wear gold jewelry but would like to have something ""Joan"" to add to my collection. It would remind me of her incredible spirit.

Look on ebay. I do recall seeing an embellished silver bee. Only one bee pin version left on Q-the Quilted Bee in Khaki, J293666. I think she will look adorable on my navy winter coat or a vibrant colored/dark toned sweater, dress, denim jacket etc. Plus the quilted look is trending-very hip!

Joan's bee pins on ebay are $$$$$ now compared to last week. I think she had an 'anniversary' bee pin that was silvertone. could check on that.

Years ago she made a sterling bee. I have the interchangeable bee set that came with a silver insert and I bought the silver jacket as well. Your best bet is Ebay.

Most of my pins are the early ones and they are all silver. Most are rhinestones and very fancy. The later ones were more themed. Ebay right now is very pricey. They are being bid up. Not the fault of the orginal seller as some have hinted at. Supply and demand and of course the fact that there might never be anymore.

A few of the early bees were made in choice of silver or gold but not many choices in silver. I have 3 bees in silver and 7 in gold. I love the silver more as I mostly wear silver jewelry. I don't care for the most recent bee offerings the past year and stopped buying them. The prices on ebay are crazy high.
