I don't think it's nearly as popular as it once was but I still see people wearing it here and there.  I'm not seeing it being sold though like it was for awhile.

All of mine went into the donation bin at the end of last summer.  I rarely wore it.  I had a few tops and I was over it.

I've never been a fan of this look but I did purchase a black mock neck cold shoulder top to wear when I was vaccinated.  I wore it twice, then passed to on to a friend to wear when she gets her first shot today.

Gawd, I hope so. I never liked the "cold shoulder" thing; just another gimmick to sell clothes.

It never actually left but it looks like it has dwindled in popularity. I'm one that doesn't loathe it so I'm fine with the look.
