@Greeneyedlady21  That top is cute.  Where did you snag that top from?  I saw that top w/o the wording on Amazon but not that cold shoulder one with or without the wording.

I think I Googled cold shoulder vaccine top then shopping. Yes I just checked, the company is Sweaternova. Seems like one of those sketchy companies.

Re: Is "cold shoulder" coming back?

It never left.  Its a divisive style, many don't care for it.  With warm weather it will be back.  I'm not fond of it but I think I have a couple of the tops.  I probably won't be buying anymore.

I agree that it never left. I like it, as long as the cutouts are small. I ordered this Vince Camuto tie dye cotton tee recently. The cold shoulder effect is subtle, b/c of the peach color.

Re: Is "cold shoulder" coming back?

Thanks to a massive, Dr.  Pimplepopper type Lipoma which has resided for years on my left shoulder, I would be passing this style by even if I actually liked it.

My Lipoma passes very nicely in cold weather, as a shoulder pad, but remains secreted behind at least "cap" style sleeves when the weather is warmer.

ENJOY, if they work for you. I see lots of them that I think are really quite pretty!
