Only on this forum are people negative about certain hosts. I've read comments on hosts facebook pages and all of them (from the ones I read) have been nothing but positive.

Someone had mentioned here I believe that Lisa posted on her facebook page that she was quite baffled as to why Shawn got the PM Style gig and Courtney didn't.

I'm not a big fan of Shawn's and I doubt that I'll tune in to PM Style at 10 pm on a regular basis. That whole preachy thing and sad stories doesn't interest me. I turned the show off last night when she started in on that. I tune in for the clothes and jewelry, not for the blues.

You know, this is the key that the Q and some of the hosts need to understand. The public/customers have their own sad stories, stress and reasons for tuning into the Q that gets their minds OFF their own blues/troubles. I know I do. Sometimes I just don't want to think about the world's troubles or my own and just want QVC to parade some gorgeous clothes and jewelry in front of me. I know I can turn the channel, and I often do.

Unless you personally spoke with Lisa, I wouldn't necessarily believe anything anyone said she said. People read what they want into comments (debacle with Nancy, for example, where a member from QVC social media had to post.)

Agree w/this, it's a total turnoff for me. Shopping is positive in my mind, and I really don't like when she does that and I hit the ffwd button....

And they don't tend to be featured on air like the host sidekicks were, which is a blessing...

As for Courtney being on Q Plus... No matter how you cut it, it's a downgrade... A lot of folks, me included, don't even get Q Plus and I'm not one to sit and watch an entire show on a computer or tablet...

I check out Lisa's FB page occasionally to see if anything is forthcoming about her next gig, and have not seen any posts where she indicates surprise that Shawn and not Courtney was made the PM Style hosts. Not saying it wasn't there, just saying I didn't see it and think Lisa is probably a bit too politic to make such a loaded statement, given both these ladies are her friends.
