Three days ago, I placed an order here on QVC. I wanted a pair of trousers, that I would offer from me to me with love Dina.
The item (that day) was available, Large- Blue and I clicked to purchase it as my birthday gift. I was chacking the item under Status on my computer every day, it said "In Process" when this afternoon when I checked the status again, from In Process, it went back to "Backorder".
I telephoned customer service and I was been told that the vendor did not have any of those pants anymore.
I tried to explain to the gentleman that when I ordered the item, the trouser was available in all sizes and in all colours as well, he continued saying to me that the vendor does not have those pants and if/when QVC will receieve in the future those items, I shall get mine.
You ladies that are frequent buyers here on QVC, is this site working this way? I was in the impression that QVC had some huge warehouse in diffrent states and we were sent our items purchased from there.
The pair of trousers that I wanted were from Susan Graver and now, I shall not have my birthday gift, I am sad
and confused

I case one day I receieve my trousers and QVC has raised its price, will I be charge with the current price or its new raised price?
