The odd sounds come from her feed. I have heard them many times before. Iman seems to blink a lot too esp when she has been on all day. I thought maybe it was her camera person making the sounds because she does talk to someone there but I think its her.

She's 65 & a Grandma for goodness sake, and still gorgeous.  I noticed she had toned down the eye makeup though.
