I think it would look nice on a woman at any age who is slim to average in size. Definitely a "look at me" jacket! I can definitely see it with a pair of tall leather boots and slim jeans...

I think that if it's styled appropriately, any woman of any age could wear that.  I can see a woman wearing it with black pants and a black turleneck and looking fabulous.
