ISO Thinking of replacing my narrow leather purse straps with something wider

Thinking of replacing my new narrow leather crossbody purse straps with something wider for comfort. 

 

Has anyone ever done this?  Where did you find replacement straps?  TIA

Adhorned on QVC sells  separate  wide  guitar straps for purses and so does Amazon

I replaced my skinny leather strap on one of my Dooney bags with a guitar strap that I purchased on Amazon.  I get lots of compliments on it!
