I'll never buy Clarks again either. I have a few pairs I bought over the years (none from QVC) and two pairs fell apart. They were a few years old but rarely worn. While walking around one day the rubber sole completely split from the leather upper. The same thing happened to the second pair. I had to go home and scuffed my way to the car.
