She is not color blind...it's a sales ploy.

I enjoy her clothes. I teach at a college and I find that her clothes work well with my job. I get a lot of compliments on them. I don't mix colors the way she does though. I tend to stick with traditional color combinations.

I got caught up in the hype when Lori first arrived on the Q. I was working seventy hours per week and caught shows on the run. Looking at my first bill I woke up in a hurry. Many of my first items are worn only at home but they are very comfortable. Not all are my true style. I do enjoy her cotton blends but not so much the thin fabrics. I am plus size and short. Even when sizing up they show everything and then look like "bags" on me. I layer a top with a jacket and I feel very comfortable. Since retiring I now enjoy occasional shopping at a mall or outlet. You can find great deals, people watch and see what is really going on out in the "real" world. I live about four hours from NYC and QVC. We seem to be an entirely different world when it comes to style and prices. We do not find it necessary to compete with the fashion industry and try to be "in style". We are stylish, comfortable and independant. We are a college town and very casual. Trendy but no need to be on trend. Our young ladies who arrive from the tri-state area come dressed from a fashion magazine. Once mom and dad are gone the clothes become more comfortable, the verbage changes and the hairstyles change. Not all is for the best but the young people are on their own for the first time and they are testing their freedom. I worked as an admin assistant for one of our college for over thirty years. I watched styles, language, mannerisms and politics change drastically over those many years. I grew to love my student workers. It was a joy to watch them mature and grow. Lori reflects a style that many of these young ladies would love. These ladies knew how to dress when they came to work and they knew how to dress for fun. I took what I liked and adapted some of their style to my age. OPPS Sorry. To much said.

Her colors are soft and pretty, it,s what she combines in her outfits that just look bad to me. Alone they are pretty. She will have colors that contrasted beautifully, but she always grabs something that looks off together. She has accomplished her goal, she gets talked about a lot.

HER CLOTHS ARE AWFUL.DON'T KNOW HOW ONE PERSON CAN EVEN LOOK GOOD IN ALL THAT ******.THEN SHE THINKS SHE IS A STYLIST,NO SHE IS NOT.LET ALL HER FOLLOWERS THINK THEY LOOK GOOD.

@bewise, you might think her "cloths" (sic) are awful, and you are entitled to your opinion, but you cannot say she is not a stylist, she is. This from Wiki:
"She has styled campaigns for high end brands such as Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Hermès, Tiffany & Co. Fendi, Yves Saint Laurent, Roberto Cavalli, Harry Winston, Burberry, Nina Ricci (brand) and Valentino.[7] She has also held contributing editor positions at W Magazine, Vogue Italia, Vogue Nippon and has styled editorials for Harper's Bazaar, i-D, Vogue China, German Vogue, Los Angeles Times Magazine and The Edit."
If you are in the fashion industry and can back up your claims, please do. I won't be holding my breath.

I don't care if she styled Princess Kate, it does not change my mind about her collection. Just like it doesn't matter who a beauty vendor makes up, if she has colors I don't like, it just doesn't matter.

If I showed up in some of this stuff, my friends wouldn't think I was a style icon. They would think I spilled something on my clothes and made an emergency stop at St. Vinny's.

@febe1 I think you missed the point of @MaggieMack 's post.
