@MaggieMack Thank you for posting this. You're right, Lori explains it perfectly.

@MaggieMack  Nice, try, MM, but it's not going to change the mind of any of hte haterz.

They'll just find things to pick apart in the article.  Much like they do with the  clothing.

It looks like these clothes would camoflage a roly-poly middle very well....although I'm a little roly-poly myself, I will not buy this line..

@donuts   Is that the reason you do not buy other items/lines as well? That the clothes would camoflage a roly-poly middle?

I have tons of LOGO clothes and, by the way, do not have a roly-poly middle but instead a very small waist that my friends admire.  I'm a size medium.

Re: I truly believe Lori Goldstein is colorblind

I haven't liked a lot of the colors Lori has used. Most are too muted for me.  I love it when she brings in some brighter pinks.  I don't think she's colorblind.  I think she just is quirky and loves to mix one color with another color and she doesn't care if they don't "go" together.  In her opinion, she thinks it looks good.

I don't like layering the way she does nor do I like her sienna shades , orange shades and very pale shades.  I like turquoise and brighter shades due to my coloring.  I think many love her color palette as it appears to sell well.

I think most women can pick and choose within her line to see what will work for them.  If they didn't, she'd not have the sales she did.  She was on probably 10 hours the day of her TSV which is a lot of air time.  Many items sold out.  It's probably one of their top selling lines now.

I think her age and occupation are quite relevant.

I can't imagine why her statement bothers you.

Not a fan of anything LOGO and I find Lori's selling technique annoying.  But I do love her colors.  Not how she puts them together, but I think some of her items are

available in stunning, unusual colors.

Re: I truly believe Lori Goldstein is colorblind

Look, I'm not busting on Lori and her clothes.  I like that people like different clothes.  Personally, I think her clothes are WAY over-priced, but if people want them, I'm glad QVC sells them.

I used to make my clothes back in the 60's and early 70's when I worked.  They were simple clothes, so I know a tiny, tiny bit about sewing.

When I look at these shirts I just see where it is a regular T-Shirt (even the material is very think like a Model) and she sews lace or a different material around the bottom or insert a piece of material.
