Ok, this is going to sound weird but have you ever used Folex carpet spot remover?  It is the best thing I have ever found for stain removal.  If you get to the point where you have tried everything and are close to giving up, I would try this stuff.  You can get it at Bed Bath and Beyond as well as some drug stores.  It's not cheap but it gets out red wine, cosmetics, food etc.  Google it and see if it's worth a try.

I am a "Resolve" girl, and sometimes Resolve + (cheap) shaving cream together will get stains out of carpet.

 

I will try that if I get desperate.  One thing at a time.

 

I also bought Lestoil, to help with something on BF's pants, so that is in the queue of pink pit products.

Sounds like you've got a good game plan!

 

I've tried Resolve (and had better luck with Folex) but I had not heard of the shaving cream trick!  I love that!  I have used hydrogen peroxide on a cream colored carpet and it works really well.  I'm off to Google shaving cream on carpet.
