I am not looking for a shirt. I want a solid color .  I want something a bit dressy. I need to be careful with sleeve length, because sometimes long sleeves are too long

Has anyone made a purchase recently , that they care to share with me?

I recommend looking at JCPENNY. I recently placed a large order (10 pieces) for only around $100. And I loved everything I received. No returns (which is rare for me for internet orders).

Here are some examples of blouses from JCPENNY you might like. You can take a look on their website for more.

I really like these blouses especially the first two. That’s where I buy skinny tees. Nice.

When I've been on the Loft site they've had some nice blouses. I haven't ordered any blouses from them, there was a simple button down red blouse on clearance a while back that I loved. Never ordered it.

I always buy Linea blouses for my daughter in law. You might find something there.

@cherry I have been looking for the same thing in an ivory shade.  No ivory to be found anywhere.  I was looking for a short sleeve, silky type material, no print, maybe a soft bow at the neckline like you used to see on blouses all the time.  No cold shoulders or tunic lengths.  Perhaps  lolakimono can help us find a blouse.  She is a pro at finding  things; she has helped me in the past.

I have an IM clip dot blouse in pink.  Love it!  Just know that the clip dot gives it a print effect.   Can only be worn with a solid bottom

You might try Ann Taylor. They usually have quite a few more dressier blouses and tops.
