I am right there with you, it feels so good, I am down 2 sizes since last summer, needed to lose to try to avoid a knee replacement. I intermittent fast and exercise, very easy to do, I dont find the fasting hard at all.

Congrads on your mission to better health !  I also found it funny how I couldn't stay motivated to lose weight until I ended up having a repeat knee replacement because I wasn't adhering to my diabetes diet causing an infection post the first knee replacement. I have gone from wearing a 1x to wearing a x sm.  I've enjoyed buying new clothes !!  Woman LOL

Since starting my cardiac diet the first week of March. Had to share because it's been a difficult process- accepting the new diagnoses that last month brought, the multiple hospitalizations, pacemaker, having to weigh daily, bp daily, cpap machine... and basically a tasteless diet forever.

So my efforts to stay alive are working. Easily got into a pair of size 12  jeans. And my labs look better today. I would like to lose more weight but will see what my doc says next week.
Funny how I couldn't stay motivated to lose weight until now.

@smoochy Please get yourself some heart healthy cookbooks. Your meals don't have to be tasteless. That's no fun!
