Compared to what I used to buy, I don't feel bad about what I bought.  But I did buy more tops than I really needed.  I hardly bought any bottoms at all.  These are always a problem for me.  I rarely see anything that I like in this department.  It's like where I live the choices are pretty much either jeans or skin tight yoga type pants to choose from.  And I don't really wear either one any more!
