Chico's representative just called me to say that they have put my order on hold because they found that I have used the same coupon (4292) multiple times. She said the policy clearly states that the coupon may only be used once. She will honor this order but future orders will not be honored.
Has this happened to anyone else? I feel so guilty about it since I did know their policy but everyone has been using the same coupon over and over and never a problem.
I guess I will now be limiting my Chico's orders. (SOB)
