You can buy both used and new from Ebay & Amazon. Sellers have to label items as new or used when they list and if they are listing items as new that aren't they will likely have a lot of complaints and won't be around as a seller for very long. I have purchased items labeled as new on Ebay and it was obvious when I received them that they were indeed new.

The OP posted a detailed comparison. Not a blanket statement. So, that's a good thing. Most of us are aware that QVC does not offer the best deal on shoes, so no big news flash here.
