Yes, like you, in the past I have learned my lesson and kicked myself more than once by waiting too long. 

On that item you lost out on recently...do you still have the particular item (size/color) in your wishlist even though it has sold out? If so, leave it there...one just might come back in stock for you.

Or is the item from another retailer?

Amazon has the same ones for $60, quite a savings! They are nice looking the ones you bought. You may find another color on Amazon.

I'm not interested in the blue or olive. I already have the black and only needed the dark tan, so I'm good.

Love them, @Susan Louise . I have some similar from Propet (they offer narrow shoes) and wear them all winter long. Glad you took a chance and didn't miss out.
