I can't believe what QVC did......to Canadian customers!!!

I just received an e-mail:

Dear Valued Customer:

We're reaching out to you as a customer who has previously shipped QVC orders to Canada to inform you of QVC's decision to discontinue delivery to Canadian shipping addresses effective on January 1, 2013.

Why the change? We've carefully considered the current situation and have determined that we're unable to make Canadian deliveries as efficient and seamless as we'd like - both for our business and for our Canadian customers. Whether you're a Canadian resident who shops with us, or a US customer who enjoys sending packages to friends and family in Canada, we want to ensure the best possible shopping experience for all of our customers and, given certain unavoidable circumstances, we do not feel that we are currently in a position to do so. We intend to revisit this decision in the future, but beginning on January 1, 2013, all deliveries to locations in Canada will cease.

I was QVC customer for over 3 years. I was only purchasing LDO online.

Where will Canadian customers buy Linea now? Why those changes? I just don't get it.{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}
