I always see Sheath dresses (sleevless) on T.V.

Whether it is a sportscast, Cable News. talk shows, Qvc; I always see women in sleeveless dresses. This look doesnt seem professional to me. Perhaps because I associate it with summer dressing. Sure in the middle of N.Y. winter they pull out the sweaters but it seems like it takes a blizzard to get these ladies out of their basic dress. Isnt it boring?

(yes, I'm jealous that my arms dont look like theirs but that isnt the point, honestly-o.k. partly{#emotions_dlg.blink})
