@lolakimono  My home is layered and I feel that I have done it artfully and professionally with my home-made decorating skills.  I have newish furniture mixed with antiques.  I have a lot of artwork.  I have always been interested, have had artist friends and have two sons who are artists so we have falls of artwork.  LOL.  It looks like a pared down version of the Slatkin home.

@lolakimono   My artwork and furnishings are similar.  I choose very contemporary to mix with very traditional and antiques.  It just gives your home more interest and doing the same with your clothing.  Wearing an antique brooch with a pair of leggings and a blazer or a very mod statement piece necklace with a 2-piece gabardine suit.
