I'm a little perplexed by QVC'S choice today..........No "designer" TSV.... Instead, a terry skort by D&C ...on a "fashion" day
!!! Hmm..... Too bad!

IMO that is one of the worst D&C items I have seen. I mean the TSV. As for the stripped shirt they are now showing the price is crazy. With s/h it will be about $38. What are they thinking.I have seen enough. Now I will turn the channel before someone tells me to do so.

Have to agree. French terry in the upcoming heat...the 90's and over 100 degrees! French terry... in shorts then an additional panel! That should be good and cool!

I ordered a similar french terry skort ..... and it was as hot as all blazes ...... no way I could wear that on a summer day! I sent it back.

Really? This looks like a boys t-shirt that you find in a bargain bin at Woolworths/KMart (it's actually much worse in person= video)- This line baffles me- SOOO outdated, cheap looking and just....yuck!

why does almost everything have embroidery on it? also, why are t-shirts so high cut on qvc. would a more plunging neckline kill them?

Nothing special about D & Co, imo.
Fashion Days are not Designer Days....

I saw this shirt in turquoise on Rachel Boesing on the morning show a couple of weeks ago--she was wearing it with the khaki How Smooth Capris, and it was a perfect match. It looked so cute on her, I bought both pieces. With some turquoise jewelry, and maybe some turquoise wedge sandals, I thought it would be a good-looking outfit. And I was right! It looks totally different in person than it does in this picture or on some of the models. It is very flattering in the fit, looks nothing like a boy's t-shirt from the bargain bin, it is not outdated (you see these striped shirts all over the place), not cheap looking, and not "yuck"! In fact, I tried it on for a real "fashionista" friend of mine, and she loved it!
So sometimes you just have to take a chance and hope it works out. I guess the main reason I bought it was because it looked so nice on Rachel, otherwise, maybe not. But I'm glad I did. I know a lot of people "look down" on Denim & Co, and I don't like everything they do, but then I don't like everything in anyone's line. I've found some really cute things, including the How Smooth jeans line, and their jean jackets are made and priced better than much of what is out there. This is certainly a better looking outfit than some of the totally outrageous, over the top prints and styles I see from some of the other REAL(?) "designers" on QVC. JMHO...

I agree with you. Last night, Susan Graver brought in a edgy/kinda sexy top, and it sold out in a few minutes-5,000 of them! It would probably be a good idea to bring more of this type of option in for fashion.
