How to tuck your jeans in to your boots (for different jeans)  This is from an Intresting blog I've depend on for years with my jeans.

I have clip on "stirrup" straps that I use to keep my pants inside my boots.  I only tuck in the narrower leg jeans.

 

The straps are like short suspenders, or those clip on straps that are used to keep an ironing board cover taut.
