How to get lint off of Denim & Co. basic black pant

I can't believe I did anything this dumb.  I washed a new pair of D&Co. black pants with an assorted load.  Of course they are full of lint.  I've never done this before, what do I have to do, wash them by themselves?  I'm not one to patiently remove lint with sticky tape.

Do you have the kind of vacuum that you can use as a hand held and just vac them off?

Try putting them back in the dryer for a bit.

Try washing them again ... and only with other dark/black items.

I've been using those wool dryer balls and have noticed tons more lint balls on everything. I use a little fabric shaver. I think I paid $10 for it. And those wool balls are going in the trash. Good luck with your pants.

Don't bother.

I used to own a bunch of those pants, and always loved them. This winter, I decided to try them again and I bought a black pair.  I wound up throwing them into the trash, literally.  I tried everything. They were like magnets.  They were truly unwearable.  I don't know if they changed the fabric, they say they have not, but I didn't have that problem years ago with the same pants.  I won't buy them again.

I've found that the only fabric that won't attract and hold onto lint and animal fur is something slick and silky or true denim.

@depglass    Do you have a lint brush?

Duct Tape.  True, it is big and wide and has strong adhesive.  Cut a lenght and connect ends to make a circle and then just roll on the pants.

Duct tape to the rescue again!  Is there nothing it can't fix? LOL

I also saw on the internet to use a damp dryer sheet.
