I want to order one of the plaid midi skirts from the Joan Rivers collection for a party next week on the 18th.  If I ordered it tonight, do you think I would get it by next Tuesday afternoon, or would I be taking too much of a chance?

Pay extra for quicker delivery. I did for the same reason. Two day shipping.

@Nonametoday, depends sometimes on whether it's shipped by manufacturer or by QVC.

I've had stuff arrive 2 1/2 days after ordering. But as you already know, sometimes it takes a lot longer.

@Sweet_Serenity  Was it apparel and if so, what was the difference in your shipping charge and did it get there in 2 days?  Geez.  I have that with prime on Amazon for nada.

My most recent purchases 5-7 days from order date.

ordered three sweaters on 12/4/18.

they shipped out regular shipping on12/6/18 via ups/usps.

received them on 12/08/18.

QVC has the worse shipping out record.  All these other stores out here ship out in one and two days and the Q takes the slow boat to China and back.  I would never trust the regular shipping.  You need to pay extra so it is guaranteed.

It just depends on if it is ready in time. Sometimes things go out immediately, other times it takes forever

It depends where you live and where the product is shipping from. Im in California and if the item is shipping from back east it takes 9 or 10 days. If the product is from California it comes in 3-4 days.

I wouldn't chance it and pay extra. Better to have piece of mind.
