i just found a pair in my closet that are 4 inches. 

 

i remember telling a friend of mine who wears nothing but a high heel that i couldn't do it and how did she and her answer to me was......practice, practice, practice.  so that's what i did.  i walked around my house forever in a heel until i felt comfortable and now can wear them with ease.  my only problem now, a few years later, is falling down or twisting an ankle going down stepts, so i have to be extra careful.
