The gold heel looks TACKY. I'd wear the ones with the black patent heel. I have a pair of Anne Klein black fabric pumps with a 3 inch black patent leather heel that I LOVE! They are REALLY comfortable.

I think a little gold accent on a black leather shoe or boot is sharp-looking, but this is TOO much gold.

i think the gold heel is geared toward a certain segment of the population who wear the most up to date fashion and live in a big city.

i like it but would never buy it  it would never work in my wardrobe or in my lifestyle.

i agree a little gold accent on a shoe is very nice and certainly more wearable.

I like both boots.

With the gold heel, styling is critical or the look could easily become cheap or tacky looking.

I'm not a fan of the gold. I don't care for gold accents on clothing of any kind - it always wears off exposing the color underneath - usually silver or black. 

But I prefer non-metallic heels. Maybe a strip of silver between the heel & base of shoe would work for me. I prefer subtle rather than flashy looks.

love the gold heel and the black heel.......but then i like more unique and unusual items. i think they would look especially great with an all black outfit and lots of warm gold accessories.

I love the gold and the black heels .. I think I would take a dainty gold chain to drape around the ankle of the boot just to add to the gold look....

It's a tad disco/pimp for my taste. I love the slashes of gold we're seeing on shoes this season, but not an entire solid gold heel! These are both here on the Q.

With the clothes coming out now, it would be awesome!  Personally, my back can no longer do that height!
