When looking at the sizing chart for tops, I always look at "Chest Circ 1" below Armhole." That would be the actual measurement of the garment, right? Seems like that would be a little higher than where the fullest part of a person's bust would hit, right?
For example, if that measurement is shown as 38" and the fullest part of a person's bust is 38", should the next size up be ordered?
I'm sorry if I am making no sense at all. Just cannot figure out which sizes to order, at all!
