How do I order Spanks,or any other brand, to fit for wearing under a dress?

I'm short,too hot,and have gained alot of weight so I thought I'd try wearing some cooler dresses this summer and I need something to hold me in and keep my legs from rubbing together and making them raw. Ya'll know what I'm talkin about.LOL... So I though maybe spanks would work,never had them before. I don't have a clue what size or how to measure. Someone help me please. TIA
