I think they are quite large also. I can wear a ""small"" but I'm typically between M-L.

The traditional fit of Irish sweaters is loose. They are layered over clothing for warmth.

Unisex sweaters run large but fitted women's sweater are truer to QVC sizing.

I agree, sleeves are long.

The Aran sweaters made for QVC are sized a little smaller than some of the unisex Aran sweaters you can buy elsewhere. That said they are cut loose because this style was created (way back when) to be loose. If I may say so when I see some QVC hosts (not wearing the proper size) in order to have a closer fit it never looks right.

I wear a small I take a x-small in these sweaters. The sleeves on these sweaters are very long on me. I cuff them up but, they are still long on me.

Run large......go down at least one size......I own several and they are beautiful sweaters!

I think they run small because that yarn they use is very

tightly woven...I always get a large or XL because I don't

like sweaters tight.

I've always thought these were gorgeous, but I couldn't figure out my size, so I never ordered. Even after reading reviews in which many said the sizes run large, but sleeves run short, I couldn't figure out which one to get. Because of this, I passed. Sleeves can always be cuffed, too short and they run up your arm. Ugh.

Like all qvc clothes, they run huge. Size down at least one size.
