I would pair the lace top with dark skinny jeans. The top looks like a QVC Isaac Mizrahi one. If it is, it would likely come in different colors and if so, I would pick a darker color in the top.

I love it as pictured with the jeans and would add a pretty pair of pale pink flats.  I just got a beautiful pair of pale pink leather flats from Vionic that would be perfect!

To dress it up, I would wear it with either black slim leg pants or even a black velvet slim leg pant and black patent kitten heels. With the cream pants, a pair of camel kitten heels or flats or even a pretty metallic shoe of some kind.
