Re: How Many Of Your Scarves No Longer Inspire You?

@KathyPet ... I could have written that post.  I feel exactly the same way!

This is the type of scarf holder I have.  I can see everything at a glance.  This way long fringe doesn't get crimped.

I have looked at those - don't the scarves get wrinkled?

@DiAnne,I haven't had any problem.  I take an open scarf, run my hand down it, and fold that in half (there aren't any creases),  I out the folded part through about 6 inches.  These are fed from one to another.  I get one to a circle!

The creases come from my tying!

Re: How Many Of Your Scarves No Longer Inspire You?

Where I live the popularity of fashion scarves has been waning the last few years. Before moving I decided to donate my entire collection, with the exception of my favorite scarf that I can wear with my lighter weight trench coats.

Now if we are talking winter scarves, well that is a different story and one of necessity when living in a cold climate.  I own several--mostly hand made by moi.
