I am only 5 ft ,and I just feel over dressed. I keep my accessories on the small side..but I am branching out a bit...I don't like things to wear me
@cherryYou're being overwhelmed, Sweetie. Try the small scarves that you tie around the neck.
@ECBG the polka dot one in the small picture is very similar to the one I wore to work today, tied exactly like that, with a v-neck sweater.

@ECBG and to answer your original question, I have a dresser drawer dedicated to scarves and I keep them folded in there, in neat piles.

@cherry Same here! I love the look of scarves, but when I put them on, I feel like I am over accessorized. I'm plus size & only 5ft also, so less is more on me. Same with jewelry, I love the look, but really feel like a decorated tree when I wear jewelry, other than earrings & a couple of rings.
When you wear jewelry, if you are wearing a scarf, wear very simple earrings, small hoops, small diamonds, or gold button earrings and a scarf. No necklace and a small bracelet and only your wedding rings The scarf takes the place of a necklace unless the scarf is used with the coat in which case you can wear a scarf for your coat and a necklace for your dress. Always keep earrings simple with necklace or scarf. If you have neither necklace or scarf, go big with your earrings. You can always go big with your bracelet as long as you go simple with rings.

I always wear either a medal o r a small gold crucifix. I never take them off. It is a vow I made . It is like wearing a prayer, for me
I tuck them inside my top ,when I wear a scarf ,or pearls, or locket,so they can't be seen, but ,I will never remove them @Nonametoday

@cherry I understand that. I had a signature cross given to me by my grandfather when I was young. I lost it. Probably the chain broke and it fell at some point when I was not noticing. I now wear a diamond on a chain and a snake chain as part of my signature jewelry but I can wear other jewelry or scarves with it since they are small and are my signature jewelry.
