@Grape juice  Welcome to the boards.  The time to ask a question about anything on-air is while it's happening.  At this point it would be best to question Shawn on her Facebook page since Q employees don't participate in the boards.  She does often wear clothing from her own non-QVC wardrobe.

I looked around and I don't see anything exactly like it.

The closest thing I see available in retail is this Karen Kane tank-
