Absolutely!  One doesn't have to get dressed to the hilt to look fabulous and wonderful.  I like the combination of dressy and casual.

Thank you! The top I bought is from The Shopping Channel in Canada and it's a Canadian fashion line called Marallis. TSC doesn't ship to the U.S. though.

 

I especially like that the lace is soft and not scratchy and that the top is tunic length.
