Re: History of “Cult” Dresses

@wilma @Thanks for sharing. I think the majority can work for lots of figure types but for the Mondrian. I think it requires a very specific body type to pull off

Elizabeth Taylor was impossibly beautiful in this movie. Thanks @wilma  for the fashion parade. Very fun.

Loved this!  I actually owned several DVF wrap dresses and wish I had them now.  They were my " go-to" dresses.  I also wore the "Mondrian" dresses, but not the YSL versions.  I still love the look (maybe it's my mathematical background!)

Thanks for sharing!

@2zbeach

I love wrap dresses, but I’ve never owned a DVF. How lucky you were to own several!  Maybe some day I’ll splurge. Wrap dresses are very flattering on my shape.

@cactusgal

😆🤣 LOL!

You know I kind of thought about this when I posted “cult” in the title of this thread. Thought about changing it, but I didn’t want to change the writer’s words.

Re: History of “Cult” Dresses

Once upon a time, QVC sold DVF wrap dresses. I bought a hot pink one that I loved.
