I think Lizzo looks lovely in the dress, it is elegant and flattering!  However, I do prefer it without the Hershey design.

The dress is free adversting for the candy brand.  Dumb, actually.

It's not even a cute style of dress and then coupled with the M&M's design (and I LOVE M&M's) makes it a huge NO for me.  I also think it's puckering, etc. in places where it's not supposed to do that. I do like the richness of the brown color though.

I think the cut of the dress flatters her.  On the other hand, it's an odd choice of a dress for a heavy woman.

It reminds me of wearing a sandwich board that says eat at Joe's. The actual dress is a nice color for her, and the style suits her

 

If she want's to look like a add for food/candy, I guess she achieved her aim
